Whether past-to-present (Counselling), or present-to-future (Life Coaching), I help you uncover, explore, and discover on your path of growth.
You can choose to incorporate talking and sharing, breath awareness, craniosacral integration, mind-body connection through movement, or a combination of all. Anything from holding a cup of tea sitting in an office, to venturing out into nature, experiencing freedom of movement, or being close to an animal; we find the environment that’s most suitable to you. Your desired journey is truly an organic experience to uncover sensations and find peace.
We are most capable of growth and healing when in an environment that makes us feel comfortable, safe, and secure. I offer sessions in a variety of environments, incorporating multiple modalities to find the mix that’s right for you.
Creating time and space can be challenging. I offer Zoom visits that are just as rewarding towards healing.
